To prevent injury you have to be warm up properly because without warm-up you can do exercise even normal exercise.  so there are some basic back workout plans.  but before discussing the back workout, you have to be warm-up like a bird dog,  Burpees,  Jumping Jack, Squats, Lunges, Pushup, and stretching type workout. By doing the above-mentioned workout you will not also warm up but also you will be fit forever if you continue the workout.


Most young people do love chin-up workouts which is much harder but some people think that machine support chin-up is best at a beginner level and step by step you can do chin-up without any machine supports. Chin-up is a special workout for your back muscles, however, to do chin-up you have to have weight loss because if you are heavy then it is difficult to do a chin-up workout.

Back workout routine


  1. Lat pulldown: You can start with lat pull-down but step by step you should increase weight.
  1. Chin Up is a tough workout. So, as a beginner, you should start with machine support chin up;
  2. Wide grip pull-ups/ Machine supported pull-ups
  3. Seated cable row is worked not only for your back but also for your core means abs development;
  4. Deadlift: In the deadlift, you have to remember that you should wear a gym belt,  and you should wear a wrist belt including hand gloves for additional comfort.

  2. Hyperextension Roman chair 
Roman chair workout is not only for back extension workout, it also works for correct your posture and strong lower back and strong glutes. So, you can do it on regular basis for your overall performance and tone of the body.

If you have lower back pain you can do these two exercises like the Roman chair and cobra pose in lying.

  1. Barbell rows
  2. T-Bar rows
  3. Pullovers by using dumbbells or barbells
