* Chew plenty of green vegetables.

* Eat more salad.

  • All kinds of pulses. For example: lentils, mugs, gram, peas, lentils, bean sprouts are prohibited in food.
  • Oil. Such as: oil made from soybean, sunflower, rice husk, corn etc. which is run as a vegetable oil.
