The video below is a movie named Born Invisible and this movie gets me more motivation to gym workout as below.

This movie is an old movie but it can be seen by more than one time for strong body parts. Let's discuss how to do a strong body like the above-mentioned movie.

I think first you need to weight loss and must need hard workout at gym which is not possible at home because of environment.

You can start with an arms workout just after warm-ups like bicep, triceps, delts, back, and shoulder means upper body part. I think you need at least 3 hours at the gym to do the body like the above-mentioned movie. You need at least one year to convert the body like the main enemy of the movie.

And then you have to strengthen your lower body part like abs, legs, butt.

Yes, it is a very good exercise and also it is a nice technique. But it is definitely harder than the gym or cardio workout because it has too much risk and also it has too much hard work which is not possible for general people. But interested people can do it.

Actually no, Kung Fu can not make you muscular but it can change your body and mind. You can see everything soft but internally strong in every body parts.


 How do I get my motivation back at the gym? 

If you have dream to make a body fit then you have to go gym by watching the above-mentioned movie and being influenced by your friend and bodybuilder in the gym like gym instructor.

You have to search the Marshal Art center nearby your house and then you can search in google and google can help you to search the Kung Fu center.

4. Incline barbell or dumbbells' press

6. Cable fly workout as like the picture above

If you found that you need to concentrate on Bicep/Triceps' then you should start bicep/ triceps workout right now as the picture below.
