Weight loss Diet Chart for Bodybuilding and fitness tips
Drink lots of water and try to be a vegetarian to win in life. Less food but working hard will get results and similarly, you have to maintain a proper diet to get the perfect result.
Some people think that apple sider vinegar is key to success but I have a drought about it. Because I think drinking lots of water and eating lemon with a little bit of hot water in the morning are the most effective ways to weight loss. A little bit of hot water with apple cider vinegar is also important to remove the Gastec problem and also help you in the fat loss journey.
Here is my personal opinion about the weight loss diet chart.
Healthy Breakfast
For breakfast, you can eat Seasonal fruits like Mango juice.
- Day 1: Mango Juice. Alternately you can eat any seasonal fruits.
- Day 1 Breakfast Greek Yogurt
- Day 1 Breakfast Oatmeal

On the other hand in the post-workout in Dinner time , you can eat Lean Beef

Important foods for healthy life:
- Egg
- Nuts
- Yogurt
- Fish (Sea fishes are more better)
- Dates
- Chicken but not red meat
- Beater gourd
Important fruits:
- Apple
- Orange
- Mango
- Banana
Which food or drink is the healthiest to get up in the morning on an empty stomach?
1- 2 glasses of water on an empty stomach in the morning is very beneficial for you.
2- Eggs - Eggs are very useful in increasing the internal energy of the body.
3- Khichuri - Many have the habit of eating rice in the morning, they can eat Khichuri. Cook and eat khichuri by using less amount of rice and more vegetables. By doing this, if you have a heavy breakfast, the body will absorb the right amount of fat.
4- Fruits - Eat some fruits in the morning, it is very beneficial.
5- Honey - Mix 3 spoons of honey and lemon in a glass of hot water.
Drinking water mixed with honey regularly, excess body weight is reduced and many other benefits.
Remember to avoid salty foods in the morning. Eating salty, spicy food in the morning causes damage to the stomach. It increases the possibility of getting stomach diseases.
Tips to weight loss:
- Drink 2 glass of water before lunch and dinner. So, your stomach is little bit full and you can not eat more food.
- Avoid oil mixed food or junk food or fast food;
- Try to more rich just 2 cup is enough;
- Eat more salad and vegetables
