I think most effective abs workouts are hanging leg raise, Lying Leg raise, bicycle crunch, sit-up bench, kettlebell swing, skipping, jumping jack, frog jump, pushup, plank and and spiderman plank are very important and most effective abs workout.

  • Skipping at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Take one minute rest;
  • Jumping Jack at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Take one minute rest;
  • Burpee at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Drink little bit water and start again.
  • Machine ab workout which are available in the gym at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Take one minute rest;
  • Supported or not supported hanging leg raise at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Take one minute rest;
  • Russian Twist at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Take one minute rest;
  • Lying leg raise at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;
Take one minute rest;
  • Flatter kick  at least 4 sets where one set equals to 10 to 12 reps;

Now, drink little bit of water and go to the next workout. Take a routine from your instructor. Look at the mirror during workout. Some exercises are actually not for your abs muscles but it will help you to reduce overall body fat including belly fat such as squat, deadlift, Kettle bell swing and bent over row. So, I like to suggest you to do some compound movement besides cardio. Best time for cardio just after compound exercises.

If you want to get 6 pack abs fast then you must follow a guideline such as avoid junk food or fast food, reduce carbohydrate like rice, bread, biscuits etc. And start eating fruits and vegetables like apple, lemon with little warm water in the morning, water melon, green vegetables and must drink lots of water in whole day.
