you have no idea how hard seared lateral raises with 45s are to do for multiple reps. Flat out strength. Latera raises with 45s are a lot harder than they look. Pure strength

I do all compound exercises the only unilateral exercise I do is lunges and I don’t do them that often cause I’m usually strapped for time.. I have to workout in the evening.. so I typically do my warm up.. start with flat or incline dumbbell press and then do either flat or decline press, military press, dumbbell rows, squats and deadlifts

Noticed Drew mentioned Dorian Yates. A lot of drew's basic workouts are from your classic body building books. When he said don't get all fancy...that might be the most accurate statement in the book. You don't need all that fancy shit to build muscle properly. Because this basic workout works.. 100% agree.

I tend to only use the power station and use 3 exercises out of 5 depending on the day of the workout, but squats is always the main exercise, tend to only do compound exercises generally as I find it saves pissing about with other exercises in single muscle groups, but, to each their own!

I've been dieting healthy. After dieting healthy and eating healthy foods it's it's actually better for me I enjoy healthy foods better than I do bad foods. I think I've been getting it in my head more and I have accepted the lifestyle. I mean I don't just work out until I'm built and then I quit working out and quit eating healthy and then I go back no. I have to lift the rest of my life 4 days a week and eat healthy 90% of the time the rest of my life. And I'm going to I've been doing it for too long.

You know once in a while it's work like this reminds you of just how good the WWE can be. Incredible. The build on this year's main event feels like it has re ignited all the best of what Austin did through Brock who in my mind is like the spirit of that we loved about Austin taken to well, a Brock Lesnar level really, and how incredible he himself has become. But though they have met before this time this feels different. And this shows why. Simply put Roman, reigns.
Its incredible to get to see this side of Roman and for me it kinda all at once makes Roman more sense and to understand and relate to.
And it's using his mind that is what's different changing his thought process. It's gonna come down to will. And in this regard I think that edge goes to Roman. Let's not forget his ability to take punishment. That doesn't get covered enough. Simply put It took 3 F5's to end The Streak. It took 6 to beat Roman at WM 34. This God mode thinking has changed a lot of how Roman approaches fights wars and I think that is what it is gonna come down to.

Workout 3: Pushup is a must
Workout 4: Start Lunges Workout for blood flow and also legs warmup
Workout 5: Do some squat from light weight to heavy weight as per your capacity
Workout 6: Do some heavy leg press;
Workout 7: Do some hamstring workout;
However, you should also start bicep and triceps workout just after pushup Workout 3 which is liked by more young and old people huge biceps and triceps just for show off.

Welcome to eat like edge I've been asked actually quite a bit since i've uh come back to the wwe what exactly I've done in terms of my diet to try and get the shape that I've got in at this age. Now we've really got it dialed in because one of the most important things that i think you need to understand is you can't out train a bad diet so no matter how hard you train if your diet is not dialed in you're not going to see the results that you want but that doesn't mean that because you're on a diet it's not a bad word it doesn't mean that you can't enjoy your food and things like that so I use a meal prep company currently in the build to WrestleMania.

We decided I wanted to to gain some weight so we upped the proteins my macros the proteins got up so as a for instance for my pre-mania diet this is what we're doing first thing in the morning and do six egg whites some spinach and then I'll do one of the protein bars or a protein cookie it keeps me sane and then from there we're gonna go to they call this plan the 12-time world champion but it's grilled chicken rice macros are 73 grams of protein very very high in protein 29 grams of carbs 6 grams of fat then we're gonna go to some ground turkey avocado brussels sprouts and rice meal one is breakfast meal two is the chicken breast meal three is the ground turkey with the avocado meal four is a protein shake so what i do is II use first form it's a whey protein and then what I do is i add some sliced apples half a banana some unsweetened vanilla, almond milk and a tablespoon of almond butter and that will be my fourth meal of the day the fifth meal will be the steak eight ounces of steak two cups of brussels sprouts I also pre-workout I eat half of this overnight protein oats after my workout the other half it's a long lasting carb and just kind of helps fuel you through the workup I also uh have my branched chain amino acids that i sip on during my workout.
Once again from first form and then after the workout along with my other half of the overnight oats I have my creatine so I'm the kind of guy that late at night I want to eat something and I could eat half a dozen donuts done it before I could eat 21 cookies done that before because I am in a healthier mindset now I've found things that still satisfy that that crunch and I found this company called cereal school and it's protein cereal peanut butter flavored four grams of fat five grams of carbs 16 grams of protein so this has become a great late night snack for me which doesn't impact any of what I'm doing if anything with the 16 grams of protein it keeps me full during the night so i don't wake up at three in the morning starving also drink about a gallon and a half of water a day I add some caged muscle hydro charge just electric electrolytes and minerals and that's that's pretty much it folks.
So I understand that diet and just that word can be I don't know it can throw people off it can also be intimidating it doesn't need to be you can still enjoy your food it can still be a fun process for anybody who says they can't do it that's bull you can you really can you will have to put some time aside and put some effort into it but the results that you'll get when you coincide diet with training.
It's game changing it really is so that's my challenge to you is give it a try give it a try and see how much better you feel.
