So for lunch we have a bowl of boiled soy chunks weighing around 50-60 grams About 250 grams of white rice 100 grams of cottage cheese (paneer) and 1 cucumber. I understand it's a low-budget diet, but we mustn't miss out on any nutritional value since we don't eat without vegetables in this diet so to fulfill the protein requirement I added paneer with soya chunks. And with this food, you get enough micro and macro which will help you gain muscle along with gaining weight. Now we are at our pre-workout meal which will be before the 2 hour workout Because that's the only way to properly digest and give energy during exercise. In this portion, we eat 4 slices of brown bread, 1 banana and peanut butter weighing about 32 grams.
