1. You are not regular in exercise.
Maybe you have been exercising for the past 6 months, but for various reasons you have not done any exercise for two and a half months of those 6 months. If this is the case, your results will definitely not be good. Be regular first, then think about results.
2. There is no one-size-fits-all diet for you.
Many people do not eat enough protein. There are many who think protein is everything. They eat protein, but not enough carbs and fat.
Remember that there is more to a good diet than just protein. All sides must be watched.
3. You are over-training.
A very common practice in our country. Everyone's gym ability is different, and the exercise routine should be based on that ability. Many go to the gym and start following the same routine as the advanced ones, or those with higher capacity. This results in over-training.
Over-training is the enemy of muscles. It has to be managed.
4. You are not training hard enough.
Unless you are an absolute beginner, you need to train very hard to build muscle. Otherwise the muscle will not build.
Remember that 2 hours gym every day does not mean hard training. It means you are not training hard enough.
No one can last 2 hours if you think about the high intensity exercise required to build muscle. Commit yourself to every set of every exercise.
5. You're not prioritizing sleep.
Over 95% of your muscle build occurs during sleep. Moreover, hormones required for muscle building are also produced during sleep.
So sleep should be given importance. Get 7-9 hours of sleep per night, and get into the habit of going to bed as early as possible.

There are not many articles or writings about sleep on the net. But sleep plays a huge role in bodybuilding. It is during sleep that our muscles grow, our height increases. Not only bodybuilding, but also for healthy living requires at least 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep daily. For bodybuilders it goes up to 8-10 hours.
Many people are seen walking around London America in their dreams while blowing their nose while sleeping. Many people toss and turn and sleep in the morning, if they have work, they have to get up again after a while. Today I will give some tips on how we can sleep soundly at night and get 7-8 hours of uninterrupted sleep (However all the methods have been tested by applying on myself).
1/ Environment: Have you noticed that you don't want to wake up on a winter day, but on a hot day, you wake up when the fan is turned off? Cold weather is essential for sleep. Try to keep the bedroom as cool as possible. Leave the fan on full speed. If you don't use mosquito nets, you will get a lot of air (you can use smokeless coils). Taking a bath right before sleep is great.
2/ Fatigue: Many people do not sleep even in the AC room, while the rickshaw pullers fall asleep in the rickshaw on the road. How? Make the body suffer. Exercise without pressing mobile phone all day long. The body will also be good, sleep will come quickly at night.

7/ Others: Consider your habit of waking up a lot at night. You wake up at early morning and you may go to bed early. How to fix it? Take a low potency sleeping pill around 10pm. You will see that you are asleep by 12 o'clock in the night. After waking up the next morning, don't sleep for a single second throughout the day (however sleepy you get). You will see that you will fall asleep again around 12 o'clock in the night. Man is a slave to habit.
There are some more relaxation exercises (like inhaling through the nose for about 8 seconds, holding it there for 8 seconds and slowly exhaling through the mouth for another 8 seconds. Doing this a few times puts the body into a relaxed stage. Although I personally didn't get any benefit from doing it. (but scientists suggest it)
