When asked what was on the food list, the actress said, 'Chicken, eggs, broccoli, oats were my food. Sometimes I ate other food. Calories had to be counted. I used to eat a certain amount of calories. I would burn it. I ate very little sugar. Unhealthy, uncontrolled or excessive food should be completely avoided.


After eight months of weight loss, meditation was all about meditation. The journey was not easy. Charlene said, 'We were very foodies. I used to eat many items and rich food. I used to start my meal with shahi paratha and beef. There have been a lot of changes now. Losing weight would have been more difficult without this support from family. The actress also said, 'We gain weight when we have children here. Hard to reduce. Women have to hear many harsh words about their bodies. I don't wear them. But I felt that the body is mine. To stay healthy, you must maintain a healthy lifestyle. I want to return to work with the same body as before. I want to be healthy. Want to live a healthy life. My weight is 65kg now, my target within the next month is to get back to 50kg.'
