Best bodybuilding and gym tips



Many people do gym but after doing gym they feel very tired and the whole body hurts and also back pain is the reason why, do too much exercise because if you do too much exercise the body can't take it.
So, I will show you how to do some exercises and for how long.

A basic warmup must be done first. For example, walking on the treadmill for a while, jumping jacks, skipping, and stretching can start with just 5 minutes.


Some tips to stay fit without getting tired at the gym:

Before starting:


Determine your goal: weight loss, muscle gain, strength gain, or overall wellness? Setting your goals will make creating your workout routine easier.

Consult a doctor: especially if you have any previous injuries or health problems.

Consider your fitness level: If you're new, start slowly and gradually increase the intensity.

Wear the right clothes and shoes: Comfortable and functional clothes and shoes will make your workout more enjoyable.

During the workout:


Warm-up: Start with 5-10 minutes of light cardio and stretching.

Do a variety of exercises: Don't just lift weights or do cardio. A variety of exercises will improve your body's overall fitness.

Some necessary things should be carried. For example – body spray, towel, wrist support, shoes, boxing gloves, Norman grip, large water bottle.
